Will Canada be the new Mexico?

Trudeau Liberals maintained attack on Western Canada with Covid - 19 relief measures. Growers received no funds and Energy Industry received a paltry $1.7B - for oil and gas well clean-up only. Energy products are Canada's biggest export. Further, Trudeau's Carbon Tax increased 50% April 1st.

If Alberta and Saskatchewan separate, Canada's GDP will be less than that of Mexico  Using 2018 GDP: Rest of Canada had $1,511.44‬B versus Mexico about $1,700.00B CDN.

Despite Oil price lows, previous big deficit NDP Government and Covid Shutdown, Alberta has a great balance sheet and a median age 4 years lower than Eastern Provinces.

With Western separation, Canada will be the new Mexico - but smaller, colder and Carbon Taxed.
